Privacy and GDPR

Depart.A.Mental is a retail concept owned and operated by Co-X AB. Co-X AB is the company behind this website and processes personal data from it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Information you submit through the Apply for a space form: name, company, contact details, brand links, preferred stores, budget indication and any message you send us.
• Information you submit through the property owner enquiry form: name, company, role, contact details, property details and your message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address and language preference.
• Technical and usage data collected through cookies and analytics when you browse the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, and your cookie choice.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• Evaluating brand applications and property enquiries, and replying to you — to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and to perform an agreement.
• Sending the newsletter — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Cookies and analytics — your consent, given in the cookie banner.
• Keeping the site secure and working, and understanding aggregate use — our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Applications and enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 12 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Data relating to an ongoing or completed agreement is kept as long as the relationship lasts and as required by Swedish accounting law.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site, our email tools and our CRM, and only to the extent needed. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@depart-a-mental.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we handle your personal data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy@imy.se, www.imy.se.
