Store Lead / Entrepreneur

Want to help build the future of retail? Depart.a.mental is growing, and we're looking for someone ready to take full ownership of running and developing one of our upcoming stores.

You already work in retail, fashion, lifestyle or a similar field, and you have experience leading people, operations and results. You're used to taking responsibility, making decisions and creating a store where both the team and sales grow. But this is more than a traditional store manager role. We're looking for a Store Lead / entrepreneur who wants to help shape how Depart.a.mental develops going forward. You'll thrive in a company that's constantly evolving, you're solution-oriented, and above all you want to make a difference. You'll get real responsibility and the chance to influence both day-to-day operations and how we build our future stores. We'll share more about the location and launch once we've found the right person. We think you:

Have experience in a leadership role in retail or a similar business
Have had full responsibility for staff, operations and results
Are commercially driven and enjoy creating sales
Are a natural leader who helps people grow
Thrive on responsibility and independence
Are flexible and curious about change
Want to build something, not just maintain what already exists
